TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2022 By Gesuka Mochama Elijah, of P.O. Box 786, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nemuel Gesuka Magoma alias Gesuka Magoma, who died at Mt., Elgon Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd March, 2006. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2023 By Andrew Inkangi Makori, of P.O. Box 77, Keroka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yuvinalis Nyakoni Nunda, who died at Manga, on 5th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
