TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 25th August, 2023 CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2023 By Tabby Wamuhu Ndung’u, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arvin Mwavuo Nzole, who died at Tumaini Police Lines, on 29th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2023 By Chenda Kazungu Mwambogo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Mwambogo Gona, who died at County Hospital, Kilifi in Kenya, on 2nd July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
