REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Gathuru Kaberere Ndungu (ID/4931932) and (2) Ann Wangari Ndungu (ID/3338153), both of P.O. Box 14815– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 56.7 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Mailua/4476, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
