ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to (1) Areef Bhaloo and (2) Augustus Simba Nyanja, to collect from (1) Ahmed Salim Karama and (2) Ali Salim Karama, Kongowea yard, the goods indicated in the Schedule below, upon payment of all outstanding charges and other incidental costs within thirty (30) days from the date of publication thereof. Failure to pay and collect the subject goods before expiry of this notice, the said goods shall be sold by public auction without any further notice whatsoever. SCHEDULE Motor vehicle reg.
