APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, section 137 (1) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, I, Andrew Mwadime, Governor, Taita Taveta County, appoint the following persons: Name Organization Represented Shadrack Mwakio Mwagandi (Dr.) Professional Erasto Kiwinga Mghalu Faith based Darius K. Kinusa Persons with Disability Bahati Juma Faith Based Dorcas Mwamba Gibran Women Isabella Wughanga Kidede Professional, Secretary to CBEF Selestina Wakio Mndenyi Labour issues Meshach Nyangala Faith based Alfred Kirigha Mwanake Business Lenox M. Mshila Labour issues Zaccheaus S. M. Maganga Business to be members of Taita Taveta County Budget and Economic Forum (CBEF), from the date of their appointment. The Governor shall be the Chairperson and all County Executive Committee (CEC) members including the Deputy Governor shall be members of the Forum. The role of the Forum shall be as provided for under section 137 (3) and (4) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and Guidelines for formation and functioning of CBEF.
