REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ian Nelson Njage, of P.O. Box 63572–00619, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of apartment known as Unit No. R2 erected on Precinct 1B on L.R. No. 28867/1, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a long term lease registered I.R. 172440/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
