THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Toni Mwaliwa, of P.O. Box 545, Voi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1496 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 1956/728, situate in the Voi Municipality in Taita District, registered as C.R. 47750, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land certificate of tittle has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
