WHEREAS Lidia Maria Luisa Davanzali, of P.O. Box 257–8012, Naples in the Republic of Italy, is registered proprietor in leasehold ownership of all that Plot No. L.R. 7511-Malindi, situate in the Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 54901, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
