REGISTRATION

WHEREAS The Registered Trustees of the Young Men’s Christian Association in Kenya, of P.O. Box 30330–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.3002 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 2204/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 14729, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
