REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Charo Bikanga, of P.O. Box 590, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 4.8 hectares or thereabout, known as Chembe/Kibabamshe/150, situate in the Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed issued in respect of the piece of land lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
