REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Caroline Nyambura Njange Njiraini Njoroge and (2) Salome Nyambura Maina, both of P.O. Box 14259–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of a freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Waithaka/1283, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
