THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gichamba Nganga (deceased), is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.104 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Kangemi/822, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 2683 of 2004 has issued a grant of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Susan Wangui Gichamba, of P.O. Box 23641, Kangemi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
