REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Andrew Mungai Macharia (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.104 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, known as Nairobi/Block 73/99, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 368 of 2016 has issued a grant of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Rosemary Wanjiku Mungai and (2) Mary Wanjiru Macharia, both of P.O. Box 489–00515, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost and/or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
