REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Caffo Antonino, of P.O. Box 657–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that Cottage No. 31, erected on all that piece of land known as Portion No. 9699, situate in Malindi Municipality in Malindi District, registered as C.R. 28469/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of the title has been lost or destroyed and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file under the provisions of section 33 (5).
