REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Karen Enterprises Limited of P.O. Box 47508–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 5.83 acres or thereabout, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 9172/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land deed file register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file register as provided under section 33 (5).
