REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Kamau Munene (ID/7241966), of P.O. Box 8639–00200, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. Ruiru Kiu Block 10 (mahiira)/1150, situate in the district of Ruiru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is lost or destroyed, and all efforts made to locate the said register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another land register and missing land register be deemed of no effect.
