REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Erica Ruth Mutumbi Lijoodi, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kakamega/Town Block 1/22, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
