REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jacob Litala Mbelesia alias Jacob Mbelesia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Ikolomani, known as Idakho/Shikulu/3428, and whereas the Court in Succession Cause No. E427 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Mable V. A. Mbelesia, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Jacob Litala Mbelesia alias Jacob Mbelesia (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and RL. 39 and RL. 50 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jacob Litala Mbelesia alias Jacob Mbelesia (deceased),shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
