REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samwel Muyeye (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Kapkangani/768, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Kapsabet in succession cause No. 92 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Boniface Luvungu Songwa, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Boniface Luvungu Songwa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samwel Muyeye (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
