THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Owino Ger (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as East Gem/Jina/254, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas the Court at Siaya in succession cause No. E118 of 2021, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of (1) Dolphine Owino and (2) Michele Yahuma Ger, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deed issued thereof by the land Registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said (1) Dolphine Owino and (2) Michele Yahuma Ger, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Owino Ger (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
