WHEREAS Ewdard Muigai Kabucho (ID/15770253), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 11.391 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Laikipia/Marmanet/ North/Rumuruti Block 2/1228 (Ndurumo), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof on 14th April, 2005, was obtained fraudulently, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the said land title deed shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
