REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Nassoro Nassoro Mwakoba and (2) Hamisi Nasoro Koba, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. Kwale/Ng’ombeni/378, whereas the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court at Kwale in Land Case No. 3 of 2001 Vide a Court Order issued on 31st January, 2002, adopted the decision of the Land Dispute Tribunal and ordered that the piece of Land No. Kwale/Ng’ombeni/378 be subdivided into two and a portion be registered in the name Abdalla J. Malevi, and the Land Registrar has on numerous occasions ordered (1) Nassoro Nassoro Mwakoba and (2) Hamisi Nasoro Koba to surrender the original title deed for cancellation for purpose of subdivision as per the Court Order, and whereas (1) Nassoro Nassoro Mwakoba and (2) Hamisi Nasoro Koba have refused to surrender the original title deed for cancellation, notice is given that the land title deed registered in the name (1) Nassoro Nassoro Mwakoba and (2) Hamisi Nasoro Koba stand deregistered and cancelled under section 79 (2).
