NOTICE is given that pursuant to the powers conferred by Article 210 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, section 159 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and sections 6 and 7 of the Mombasa County Tax waiver and Variation Act, 2017 and all other enabling laws, the County Executive committee Member for Finance and Economic Planning, Mombasa County do waives all accumulated and preceding penalties and/or interest, for a period between the 10th July, and the 24th July, 2023, on PSV and parking.
