NOTICE is given under the Transfer of Businesses Act (Cap. 500) that Mobile Telephone Networks Business Kenya Limited T/A Bayobab Kenya, of P.O. Box 12170–00100, Nairobi, Kenya (the Transferor) carrying on, as part of its business, the business of providing digital wholesale solutions to subscribers in Kenya at L.R. Number 209/11880, Parkside Towers, Tower B, Mombasa Road, Nairobi (the Business) intends to transfer a portion of its enterprise business customers constituting 9% of the total revenue of the Transferor to Echo International Kenya Limited, of P.O. Box 63017 – 00200, Nairobi, Kenya (the Transferee) who will carry on the business at 5th Floor, West End Towers, Waiyaki Way. 8th September, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Transferee shall not assume any of the liabilities incurred in the business by the Transferor prior to the date of transfer.
