ACT
NOTICE is given under the provisions of the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle reg. No. KCJ 428G, Nissan Vanett, to collect the said motor vehicle from the premises of Wilmak Security Services
Limited, situate along Mombasa Road, Machakos Junction, within fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice upon payment of KSh.
208,000/=, security/storage charges and legal costs failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty after the requisite gazette notice.
