NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th May, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1604, in Volume DI, Folio 251/1028, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Doris Kailu, of P.O. Box 278–00600, Maua in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Doris Kanana, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Doris Kanana and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Doris Kailu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Doris Kailu only.
