Box 4536, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Douglas Kiplagat Chemng’orem alias Douglas K. Chemng’orem alias Douglas Chemng’orem, who died on 17th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2023 By (1) James Githaiga Kirigi, (2) Wilfred Kihara Kirigi and (3) John Kiiru Kirigi, all of P.O. Box 52599-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mercy Muthoni Kirige alias Mercy Muthoni Kirigi, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 21st April, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
