CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By (1) Margaret Wanjiku Kellen and (2) Kevin Mark Wangome, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marin Kinyua Wangome, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 15th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2023 By Philip Lampat Singaru, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Emily Korinko, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 6th January, 2022. E18 OF 2023 By (1) Lois Shena Shoona, (2) Carol Lipaso Shoona and (3) Lawrence Lein Shoona, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jospeh Santet ole Shoona, who died at Tulah Medical Services, on 14th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2023 By (1) Peninah Sekenet Parsere and (2) Diana Sokoine Melita the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Toyionka Saire alias Peter Parsere Toyianga Saire alias Toyanga ole Saire, who died at Care Hospital in Kenya, on 16th October, 2022.
