TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By Linah Talaa Rutto, of P.O. Box 203–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kiplagat Rutto, who died at District Hospital, Kabartonjo in Kenya, on 13th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By Vibian Jepkurui Bartenge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Kibet Bartenge, who died at Mercy Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
