TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2023 By (1) Akitela Sabina Elim and (2) Epuu Joseph Elim, both of P.O. Box 1–30500, Lodwar in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lokong Lopeto James, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 29th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By (1) Rukia Akeno Lobuin and (2) Jonas Ngitira Lemuya, both of P.O. Box 111–30500, Lodwar in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Lemuya Lobuin, who died at Lodwar County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 5th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By (1) Eutychus Lokito Kangiremon and (2) Haggai Nangiro Kangiremon, both of P.O. Box 1–30500, Lodwar in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Kangiremon Ekalale, who died at Lodwar County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
