TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2023 By (1) Lydia Nyambura Mbugua and (2) Richard Kiboi Githinji, both of P.O. Box 7001–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydiah Nyambura alias Lydia Nyambura, who died at Kariobangi, on 26th September, 2006. CAUSE NO. E263 OF 2023 By David Kinyanjui Njoroge, of P.O. Box 50, Subukia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Wambui Njoroge, who died at Mihang’o, on 20th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E381 OF 2023 By (1) Irene Chepkemei Telle and (2) Wycliffe Kirui, both of P.O. Box 221, Olenguruone in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godwin Kimutai Kipkemoi, who died at Londiani S.C.H., on 30th June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
