E161 OF 2023 By Carroline Atieno Alila, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Odhiambo Maguti alias Walter Odhiambo, who died at Kasule, on 1st Sptember, 2000. CAUSE NO. E287 OF 2023 By Hilda Lilian Odundo, of P.O. Box 1921, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flora Ojwang Odundo, who died at Manyatta ‘A’, on 10th December, 2021. CAUSE NO. 310 OF 2023 By Eric Oduor Tabu, of P.O. Box 1695, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Odera Ochieng, who died on 18th March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
