TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E298 OF 2023 By John Okotsi Ong’adoh, of P.O. Box 88, Port Victoria in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Otsieno alias Nicholars Ong’adoh, who died on 7th September, 1988. CAUSE NO. E337 OF 2023 By Aggrey Watima Matwala, of P.O. Box 287, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Nabwire Okwaro, who died at Tanaka Nursing Home, on 23rd January, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
