TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2023 By Boniface Ojuma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Epuret Ichodo Otieng, who died at Kokare Sub-location, on 20th July, 1993. CAUSE NO. E413 OF 2023 By Millicent Anyango Oloo, of P.O. Box 210–50405, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nyamori Okong’o, who died at Burinda Sub-location, on 15th September, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
