TAKE NOTICE that applicationa having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2023 By Lucy Wanjiru Gitahi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chege Gichu, who died at Kiriaini M. Hospital in Kenya, on 4th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2023 By (1) Rosemary Watiri and (2) Joseph Macharia Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 10642–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Macharia alias Mwangi Macaria, who died at Ziwani, on 2nd February, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
