TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 587 OF 2022 By Patrick Githinji Muriithi, of P.O. Box 8, Kiganjo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muriithi Wamai alias Muriithi s/o Wamai, who died on 14th April, 1996. CAUSE NO. 244 OF 2023 By Nancy Wanjiru John, of P.O. Box 711–10100, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Gikandi Magondu, who died at Ladnan Hospital in Kenya, on 31st August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
