TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2022 By Esther Sekerri Kirima, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olkirma Setek Oloijie, who died at Namanga, on 28th November, 2010. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By (1) Kaata Shapuke Lenturai and (2) Samson Ntioine Shapuke the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shapuke Kaiseyie Nchaampa alias Shapuke Njampa, who died at Makindu Hospital in Kenya, on 1st January, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
