TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2023 By Mary Senewa Sambeki, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Sampeki ole Ololkera, who died on 3rd February, 2007. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2023 By (1) Joel Kimutai Too and (2) Christine Sigilai, both of P.O. Box 776, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptergech Kiptoo Toie Maritim, who died on 7th June, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
