Box 1187–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Barasa Khaemba, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 11th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. 135 OF 2022 By Catherine Naliaka Wanyama, of P.O. Box 203–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Simbauni Muhengi, who died at Matisi Corner Village, on 16th August, 1991. CAUSE NO. 119 OF 2023 By Nicholas Simiyu Wakuma, of P.O. Box 3442, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marcellina Nanyama Wamalwa, who died at Bungoma County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 30th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
