CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2023 By (1) James Muiruri Mwaniki, (2) Jane Wanjiru Muiruri, (3) Jeremiah Nyagah Muiruri and (4) Rosemary Wairimu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hanna Wangare Muiruri, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 20th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2023 By (1) Charles Matere Mukhwana and (2) Joel Kemboi Kibor, both of P.O. Box 832, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Suter arap Biwot alias Sutek Kibiwot, who died at Kapkarwa Sub-location, on 15th August, 2009.
