TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 235 OF 2023 By Susan Boke Maroa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festor Ondigo Kafuna alias Festo Ondigu Kafuna alias Festo Ondigu Kafuna, who died at Kehancha, on 28th June, 1995. CAUSE NO. 290 OF 2023 By Jared Osire Okere, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrea Osire Kisieri alias Osire Kisieri, who died at Wasweta I Sub-location, on 5th February, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
