CAUSE NO. 259 OF 2023 By Felix Odoyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Apuoyo Oludo, who died at Wasweta II Sub-location, on 22nd April, 2022. CAUSE NO. 260 OF 2023 By Joan Akinyi Ojwang, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Rongo Obare, who died at Ochido Sub-location, on 26th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. 261 OF 2023 By (1) Kennedy Otieno Okach and (2) Douglas Ouma Okach, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeckton Okach Okoyo alias Jecton Okach Okoyo, who died at South East Kanyamkago Sub-location, on 5th April, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
