CAUSE NO. 42 OF 2023 By (1) Nimesh Dhanji Naran and (2) Rajan Dhanji Naran Meghji, both of P.O. Box 798–80200, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ninaai ene Dhanji Naran Meghji, who died at Apollo Hospital, India, on 2nd March, 2022. THE KENYA GAZETTE 8th September, 2023 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
