Box 91–00614, Wangige in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muigai Njoroge, who died on 22nd December, 2020. CAUSE NO. 168 OF 2023 By Joyce Wanjiru Mwangi, of P.O. Box 22564–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Wanjiku Njuguna alias Susanah Wanjiku Chege, who died on 16th March, 2019. CAUSE NO. 182 OF 2023 By (1) Patrick Mugo Mwago, (2) Joe Dominic Kabacia Mwago and (3) Peter Warari Mwago, all of P.O. Box 467–00502, Karen in Kenya, the decased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mwago Mugo, who died on 11th May, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
