E82 OF 2023 By (1) Rose Wahu Kimani and (2) Natasha Moya Akinyi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kimani Kangethe, who died at Buruburu, on 3rd July, 1994. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2023 By Peninna Waigwe Wachira, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Humphrey Wachira Kamunya, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 17th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2023 By (1) Esther Nyakinyua Muthoni and (2) Jecinta Wambui, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salome Muthoni Nyakinyua, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 21st March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
