Box 35, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Nguri Muriuki, who died at Nairobi Adventist Hospital in Kenya, on 15th April, 2023. CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Mwangi Gichago and (2) Gregory Maina Gichago, both of P.O. E112 OF 2023 By (1) Teresia Micere Mbuguna and (2) Peter Muriithi Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 27, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Virginia Wanjiku Kariuki, who died at Kinyua-Kiiru Sub-location, on 23rd June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
