E205 OF 2023 By Lilian Adhiambo Ojwando, the deceased’s widow, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Achunja Makutwa, who died on 20th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. 206 OF 2023 By (1) Henry Ogwela Akhombo, (2) Godon Ngota Akhombo and (3) JacksonAndoli Akhombo, all of P.O. Box 377, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Akhombo Ndakala alias Laban Akhobe, who died at Esiandumba Sub-location, on 31st December, 1994. CAUSE NO. 281 OF 2023 By (1) Janet Nyagoha and (2) Florence Mideva Obondo the deceased’s daughter and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loy Endusa Obondo, who died at Mahanda Sub-location, on 2nd July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E335 OF 2023 By Alfayo Lugonzo Mugunda, the deceased’s son, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ambasi Mbone alias Ambasi Mbome, who died at Lusiola Sub-location, on 19th October, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
