TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2023 By (1) George Lusweti and (2) Denis Sikuku Lukorito, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jairo Sanyi alias Jairo Saenyi Lukorito, who died on 30th November, 1993. THE KENYA GAZETTE 8th September, 2023 CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2023 By (1) Cleophas Wanjala Siobi, (2) Bonface Simiyu Siobi and (3) Caleb Wafula Wanjala, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makokha Wakoli, who died at Kamukuywa, on 25th February, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
