TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2023 By Esther Buyaki Mangera, of P.O. Box 100, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Mangera Marube, who died at Kisii, on 27th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2023 By (1) Francis Omwange Orenge and (2) Tabitha Moraa Momanyi, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Charles Oguta Kiago alias Oguta Kiago and (2) Orenge Kiago, who died on 22nd April, 2011 and 11th April, 1989, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
