TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2023 By Graham Tunje Kalume, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Kalume, who died at Makobeni, on 27th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. 121 OF 2023 By Fredrick Ndegwa Kalume, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalume Mwanongo Mwangaro, who died at Chumani, on 7th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
